Re : UL Listings

DSC would like to announce that the following products meet the revised UL standards, UL 985 and UL 1023, with regards to the Fire Alarm Temporal Pattern and Power Limited Circuits:

  • PC550 (*)
  • PC1550 (*)
  • PC580
  • PC1555
  • PC5010
  • PC4010
  • PC4020

(*) For a UL certified installation of a PC550 or PC1550, you will require a BSM-100 Bell Supervision Module to meet UL listing requirements. For complete details, refer to the Installation Manual.

As of August 3rd, due to the revised UL standards, the following control panels are no longer listed with UL. Only products manufactured after August 3rd, 1998 are affected.

  • PC1000, PC1000K, PC1150
  • PC1500
  • PC1575
  • PC2500, PC2525, PC2550
  • PC3000
